You may return new, unopened items within 30 days for a full refund - please contact us via email for delivery address - admin@tinywillowstore.com

Please note that seasonal items for Christmas & Easter are not accepted for returns unless faulty.

Dummy chains, teething toys and rattles cannot be returned unless the item is deemed faulty due to hygiene reasons. 

Shipping costs for returned items by change of mind are the buyers responsibility

When will I receive my order?

Orders will be processed within 1-3 business days and delivery can take between 7-14 days.

I need something in a hurry, what items do you have in stock ready to post and can i pay extra for express shipping?

Any items on our website are in stock. Items that have a wait time will be listed as such and where possible the wait time will also be listed on the website.

I purchased an item from you but I'd like to exchange it for a different one. Can I do that?

Yes, however shipping costs to return and receive the new item will be at your own expense and if the item you are wanting to exchange it for is more expensive/cheaper we will adjust your invoice accordingly. Please note dummy chains, teething toys and rattles cannot be exchanged.

I received an email saying all my items have been delivered but they haven't?

We are sorry in advance if that has happened to you. Sometimes shipping can be delayed. Please contact us on admin@tinywillowstore.com to obtain a tracking number. 

I haven't received any information about my order. What is happening with it?

You would of received your order confirmation email when you made an order with us. You don't receive any other correspondence until your order has been dispatched (which is generally within 1-3 days after ordering).

I checked my tracking and it hasn't updated since it was posted (eg. a few days ago). What is happening with it?

Once its been posted we aren't liable for the whereabouts of your parcel. It is property of Sendle or the courier used. We would advise you to wait a few more days and if still no update please lodge an enquiry with Sendle or the courier company. 

I'm having difficulty ordering online. Who can I contact for help?

I'm unsure if the item I want is going to fit my child. Can I get measurements? 

You certainly can. Contact us at admin@tinywillowstore.com and we will be more than happy to provide you with the measurements needed.
